MECA is proud to usher in a new era at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. Over 14 years since its opening, Charles Schwab Field Omaha now features five new and improved LED displays inside and outside the stadium.

The home of the Men’s College World Series now boasts two brand-new outfield scoreboards, replacing the original right field video board and adding a whole new video board to left field. Ribbon panels along the seating fascia on the second level were also added, giving fans another way to stay up to date on all scores and stats during games. The exterior of the stadium saw an upgrade as well, with a double-sided marquee display at the corner of 10th Street and Cuming Street.

Along with these technological refreshes comes a whole new A/V control room at the stadium with new cameras, replay systems, switchers, and more, helping bring the ultimate in-game experience to the hundreds of thousands of fans who visit our ballpark every year.

This $6.5 million improvement, which was completed this fall, keeps Charles Schwab Field Omaha a destination venue for fans and players across the country and delivers in-game enhancements that will give new and returning patrons something to look forward to for the spring of 2026.

The new LED displays will make their debut for Creighton baseball’s 2026 home opener and will be used throughout the 2026 Big Ten Baseball Tournament and the 2026 Men’s College World Series.
